■このフォームは「キャンセルのフォーム」です。　This form is a “form of cancellation”.
■下記でご記入頂いた個人情報は、このお問い合わせに対するご返答並びにRV管理台帳にのみ使用します。The personal information you provide below will only be used to respond to this inquiry and to the RV management ledger.
■ご予約のキャンセルはご予約日の2日前までに「予約キャンセルのフォームか電話」にてお知らせください。また前々日からキャンセル料が発生いたします。　If you wish to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 2 days prior to the reservation date by using the “Reservation Cancellation Form or E-mail”. In addition, a cancellation fee will be charged from two days in advance.
■前々日50％、前日100％、当日100％※1 、キャンセル費用が掛かります。（※１：チェックイン当日のみの条件として雨天「本降り」の場合はキャンセル料は頂きません。）Cancellation costs are 50% the day before, 100% the day before, and 100% on the day*1. (*1: As a condition only on the day of check-in, no cancellation fee will be charged in case of rain “main rain”. ）
■キャンセル料金を精算して終了となります。　The cancellation fee will be settled and it will be over.
