¹☑このフォームは都市型RVパーク「bravo港町神戸」の予約フォーム（車中泊）です。

This form is a reservation form (overnight stay).

☑下記でご記入頂いた個人情報は、このお問い合わせに対するご返答並びにRV管理台帳にのみ使用します。

The personal information you provide below will only be used to respond to this inquiry and to the RV management ledger.

☑この予約フォーム（車中泊）からの送信は、即時にご予約の確定とはなりません。

Submissions made through this booking form do not immediately confirm your reservation.

☑当店からの折り返しのご連絡又はメールをさせていただき、その後ご予約の確定となりますのでご注意ください。

We will send you a return email from our shop. Please note that your reservation will be confirmed after that.

☑お申込み日まで数日しかない場合や当日は空き予約を「連絡」確認してから予約フォームの入力をお願いします。

If you only have a few days until the application or on the day of the application, please check the availability before filling out the reservation form.

☑前々日50％、前日100％、当日100％※1 、キャンセル費用が掛かります。（※１：チェックイン当日のみの条件として雨天「本降り」の場合はキャンセル料は頂きません。）

Cancellation costs are 50% the day before, 100% the day before, and 100% on the day*1. (*1: As a condition only on the day of check-in, no cancellation fee will be charged in case of rain “main rain”. ）

☑※注意繁忙期は5日前から100％のキャンセル料が掛かります。（3連休以上が対象）

*Note: During the busy season, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 5 days in advance.(For 3 consecutive holidays or more)

☑チェックイン：15時～、チェックアウト：～12時です。時間外の場合追加料金が発生しますので「料金一覧表」でご確認ください。

Check-in: 15:00~22:00, Check-out: 6:00~12:00. If you are out of hours, you will be charged an additional fee, so please check the “Price List”.

☑車の大きさは長さ5.3ｍ+α未満となっております。頭からの駐車はNGとなります。駐車技術に自信のある方。（慌てずゆっくりと駐車すれば大丈夫です））

The size of the car is less than 5.3 m in length. Parking from the head is NG. Those who are confident in their parking skills. (It’s okay if you park slowly without panicking)

☑幅3ｍ,奥行6ｍで全面道路（3.5ｍ）反射トラロープで区画しております。敷地の向い側は3.5ｍの道路を挟んでマンション駐車場です。

It is 3 m wide, 6 m deep, 3.5 m road, and divided by reflective ropes. On the other side of the site is a rental condominium parking lot.

☑敷地奥側は侵入禁止の水路となっております。車を後ろまで着けれるように手すりは設けておりません。転落しケガをしないよう十分にご注意ください。

The back side of the site is a waterway that is off-limits. There are no handrails so that you can put the car all the way to the back. Please be careful not to fall and get injured.

☑敷地奥側水路への不法投棄又は生活雑排の排出は禁止（神戸市所有です。また海につながってい入る為環境汚染となり、罰則又は罰金となるお恐れがあります。ご注意ください。

lllegal dumping or discharge of miscellaneous household waste into the waterway at the back of the parking lot is prohibited (owned by Kobe City). In addition, since it is connected to the sea, it may become environmental pollution and may be subject to penalties or fines. Please be careful)

☑敷地内アイドリング禁止、22：00車外消灯、オーニングやイス・テーブル等は禁止、コンロ・焚火台等の火気使用は禁止、排水設備はありません。

Idling in the parking lot is prohibited, lights are turned off outside the car after 22:00, awnings, chairs, tables, etc. are prohibited, the use of fire such as stoves and fire pits is prohibited, and there is no drainage system.

☑電源（15Ａ+EVコンセント）込みの料金となります。（外部コンセントの位置によっては手持ちの延長コードをご準備ください。）

The price includes power supply (15A + EV outlet). (Depending on the location of the external outlet, please prepare your own extension cord.) ）

☑シャワー、水、ゴミのご利用は別途料金が発生します。（詳しくは下記参照）

Use of showers, water and trash will be charged separately. (See below for details)

☑敷地内での水道を使った洗車等は禁止（コンパクトな敷地の為他車に迷惑がかかる為）

Washing cars using water supply on the premises is prohibited (because it is a compact site and may cause inconvenience to other cars)

☑トイレ、シャワールームはペットと一緒の入館は出来ません。

Toilets and shower rooms are not allowed with pets.

☑ペットは基本車内とする。敷地内での放し飼い、リードでの放置は禁止です。敷地外の散歩は可（確実な糞尿処理願います）

As a general rule, pets are managed in the car. Free-range on the premises and leaving on a leash are prohibited. Walks outside the premises are allowed (please make sure to dispose of manure)

☑敷地内は砕石となっておりに臭い問題や排泄物が浸透したり排泄物の処理がきれいに出来ない為排泄はＮＧ。

☑住宅街となります。鳴き声等、他のお客様の迷惑になることはおやめください。

It will be a residential area. Please refrain from disturbing other customers, such as pet barking.

☑敷地外にペットを連れ出す際は、必ずリード（ロープ等）で繋いで下さい。また一般公道での排泄物の処理は確実にお願いします。

When taking your pet out of the parking lot, be sure to leash it with a leash (rope, etc.). Also, please be sure to dispose of excrement on public roads.

☑基本無人でのご対応となります。スタート～ゴールまで出来る限り簡単にしておりますのでご安心ください。

This parking lot is basically unmanned. I’m trying to make it as easy as possible to start ~ finish.

☑この施設のご精算は「自己申告」となります。弊社ホームページ「精算フォーム」に「記入・選択」し送信となります。

Payment for this parking lot will be “self-declared”. It will be sent by “filling out and selecting” the “Payment Form” on our website.
